What happens if I am not satisfied with the goods from Silver Eden?
We want you to be delighted with the silver jewelry you buy at our online store. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason simply return your purchase to us insured within 14 days of you receiving the jewelry and we will refund your full purchase price.
All we ask is that you send an email informing us that you are returning the goods and return them unused with a copy of the packing slip you received with the shipment.
The jewelry should be returned by a similar method it was received i.e registered post, or international courier.

I see you sell only handmade jewelry, if I order do I have to wait for it to be made?
Limited Edition items displayed on the site are in stock and will be sent within 2 working days.
All other pieces please allow 2 - 10 days processing. This will be dependant upon the size of the order and whether we have to custom make any new pieces.
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as we can.

From where are the items bought and can you tell me a little about the craftspeople who make them?
The silver jewelry gifts at SilverEden.com are sourced direct from the silver craftsmen and women of Thailand.
As we deal direct with the silver artists of the hilltribes peoples we ensure that they get the full market price for their pieces and we pay them straight away.They are very excited about selling their pieces to different places around the world and it benefits their families by providing a more regular income.
We never ask them to repay the money for any piece that is returned, so you dont have to worry if you send a piece back.
This arrangement enables you to select from the most authentic jewelry designs at affordable prices, made exclusively in Thailand and not readily available anywhere else, right from your desktop!

I am ordering it as a jewelry gift does it come in a gift bag?
Yes each piece is supplied in a handmade free jewelry gift bag with our compliments!
You can also send the jewelry direct to the person the gift is for.Just fill in their details when ordering . If you want to send a message just type it in the comments box while making the payment online. Your message will be delivered along with the gift.
You can also send online gift certificates to friends and loved ones, then you know they can choose exactly what they want from our store.

How do I submit an order?
You submit the order through our shopping cart. When you have finished selecting your pieces and wish to order them we collect your shipping details, email etc. You are then transferred to Paypal , or 2checkout.com depending on your preference, where you submit your credit card details. When this is finished you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email from us notifying you of this.
If it is sent UPS or Fed Express (see delivery options below) you can track your order directly on the internet.

Do I have to insure my goods?
We give insurance up to $150 dollars when sent by International Registered Post.
We recommend that larger orders are sent Fedex and will be insured subject to their conditions. Available on request.

Will my jewelry gift be exactly the same as the picture?
We only supply handmade jewelry and as such each piece is unique and may be slightly different. Every effort is made to show you the most detailed pictures of each jewelry piece and you can click to enlarge them, or show alternative views, and any slight variations are natural and tend to enhance the piece.
There may be minimal variations in the weight - 5% max (more or less). These figures are given as a guide to show you that you are getting value and that they are not light weight or hollow.

Are all the pieces 92.5% silver?
The minimum silver content is 92.5%. In actual fact the purity of each piece is usually above 95% silver.

How do I know my wrist size for ordering bracelets?
Many of the pieces are adjustable to fit all size wrists, however some are fixed sizes, this is all clearly stated in our product descriptions.

Do I have to pay duty on my goods?
This depends on the laws of your country. We encourage our customers to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to enquire about possible import duties. Silver Eden cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government.
