Shipping Options
You have 2 shipping options which will be displayed in the shopping cart to you when you are ordering the goods.
Option 1 - Registered Air Mail - Fixed charge for this service $5.99.
This service usually takes 2 and a half to 3 weeks. This time is NOT GUARANTEED (See below).
If you want a guaranteed delivery date please choose Option 2.
Orders are sent Air Mail Registered Post, which is ideal for orders up to $175 and we include insurance up to this amount.
It is registered which means that the parcel must be signed for on delivery and is very secure as it is signed for on all its stages on its route to you, but takes longer than Option 2.
Please note: Increased security measures for foreign mail entering US and Europe can occasionally delay a small number of parcels sent by this method an extra 1 to 3 weeks. Although this is unlikely, we prefer that you are aware of this possibility before you order and if you prefer can upgrade shipping to option 2 below.
Option 2 - Fedex Flat Rate
Recommended for all orders over $175 and where you prefer a quick delivery.
4 - 5 days for delivery AFTER processing.
Insured - Up to $500.
You will be given a tracking reference so that you can track your order delivery over the internet.
Fixed charge for this service $29.00.
Returns Information

We want you to be delighted with the silver jewelry you buy at our online store, and so if you are not totally satisfied for any reason simply return your purchase to us insured within 30 days and we will refund your full purchase price.
You MUST email us BEFORE returning the jewelry to get an authorization.
The jewelry should be returned by a similar method it was received i.e registered post, or international courier. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are returned due to them being damaged when you received them, or the wrong goods were sent.
We will then issue a full refund once the goods are received, less our original shipping charges.
